Every Finmoto pack is really three products in one: graded cells, a battery management system that watches every cell, and a sealed enclosure built for the road.

Smart BMS
Cell-level balancing, over-current cutoff, and temperature monitoring, active on every ride.

Thermal management
IP67-sealed enclosures and thermal pads keep cell temperature stable through summer traffic.

Graded cells only
Cells are sorted by internal resistance and capacity before assembly — no mismatched cells in a pack.

Fast-charge ready
Packs and chargers are matched for safe fast charging without shortening cell life.
How a Pack Is Built
Six stations. One pack.
The same sequence runs for every pack that leaves the facility, from a Lite to a Max.

Cell sourcing & grading
Incoming cells are tested for capacity and internal resistance before they're cleared for assembly.

Pack assembly
Graded cells are spot-welded and arranged into packs in a climate-controlled clean area.

BMS integration
Each pack's battery management circuit is fitted and calibrated to its specific cell group.

Safety testing
Packs go through thermal cycling, vibration, and short-circuit tests before moving forward.

Quality certification
Every batch is checked against AIS-156 requirements and logged against its cell source.
